A Place To Stay

Living Here

Fairfox offers accommodations for guests, residents, and those passing through.

Private rooms and shared spaces provide a base for short visits or longer stays.

Kitchens, workspaces, and common areas allow daily life to unfold naturally.

Work In Its Place

Fairfox welcomes digital nomads.

High-speed internet and dedicated workspaces make remote work possible, but work is not the center of life here.

We are not built around work.
We fit work into life.

To preserve a social and creative atmosphere, phones and laptops are used only in designated areas. Many gatherings remain intentionally digital-free.

Who Comes Here

People come to engage with life more directly.

Some stay briefly.
Others remain longer — to deepen a craft, pursue creative work, or experience a different rhythm.

Guests and residents contribute through participation, conversation, and shared activity.

The Grounds

The space allows for both gathering and retreat.

Fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and shaded platforms create places for conversation and music.
Water access and sauna offer space for rest.

There are also simple landing spaces for van travelers and seasonal accommodations.

Engagement With Place

Fairfox is not designed as a closed environment.

Guests and residents may find themselves taking part in the surrounding place — through collaboration, local exchange, and ongoing work.

Nothing is required.
But the possibility is there.

To spend time here is not only to stay, but to take part.

Rhythm

Life at Fairfox follows a different pace.

Days are shaped by light, activity, and rest rather than strict schedules.
Work, conversation, solitude, and shared time fall into a more natural rhythm.

Over time, the seasons bring their own shifts — in activity, atmosphere, and focus.

A Living Project

Fairfox continues to evolve.

As it grows, so will its capacity for craft, food, and self-sufficiency.

Those who spend time here help shape what it becomes.
